JOB AND COST TRACKING. Premm Metal Products uses state-of-the-art computerized job control systems which track job costs and schedule direct buys and subcontracted operations to control the work and keep jobs on time and within budget. Through the use of the system, PMP also provides highly accurate cost and scheduling estimates.

Premm Metal Products' manufacturing facility is fully equipped. Sheet metal production utilizes state-of-the-art laser cutters, turret punch presses with Auto-Index stations, highly accurate press brakes with three-axis CNC control, mechanical shear with digital (CNC) back gauge and other equipment enabling jobs with the most demanding requirements to be processed accurately and effectively.

PMP has manual and semi-automatic wire benders, a complete welding department including TIG (tungsten inert gas), MIG (metal inert gas), and RSW (resistance spot welders), press brakes, drill presses, lathes and mills.

Customer designs entered into the CAD/CAM system are transferred through NDNC to the computer in either the laser cutter or the turret punch press where they are quickly translated into accurate parts. CAD diskettes supplied by customers can be entered directly into the computer system expediting the machine programming process, while enhancing the accuracy of the process of creating CAM files.
